STAFF PHARMACIST IN BEAUTIFUL VERMONT
Springfield .... Nestled at the foot of the beautiful, rolling Green Mountains of Vermont, the town of Springfield is located in the Southern region of this lovely state. This is an exciting opportunity for a career as a staff pharmacist at Springfield Hospital, a 69 bed, full-service, not-for-profit voluntary hospital serving 16 area communities in southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. Staff Pharmacist Duties and Requirements:
The Staff Pharmacist shall provide those services which relate to the use of drugs and diagnostic materials. The Staff Pharmacist under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, shall function independently and perform as a team player within the department as well as in the hospital.
Requirements
REQUISITES:
A. Education: Bacheler's Degree in Pharmacy
B. Licensure: Licensed in the State of Vermont
C. Experience: One year hospital pharmacy practice preferred
D. Professional Affiliations: Membership in state and national
associations is encouraged.
E. Continuing Education: Must maintain continuing education credits as required by the state of Vermont and shall participate in hospital staff development programs as appropriate.
