$12,000-$100,000 annually.

  PHARMACY MANAGER - SOUTHWEST RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA
Pharmacist in charge of homecare pharmacy clinical operations working in a corporate environment, 8-5, Monday-Friday.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all pharmacy services within the homecare environment.
Responsible for supervision including scheduling, recruiting, orienting, and training clinical pharmacy staff.
Responsible for dispensing medications, maintaining required records, furnishing drug information, and consulting with patients and prescribes.
Responsible for clinical advising to professional staff of larger parent company, a wholesaler of biopharmaceuticals.
Responsible for development and maintenance of policies and procedures, QA, and appropriate pharmacy licenses (in- and out-of-state).
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years relevant experience, with experience in home care/home infusion highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance -- State, Federal, JCAHO, and HIPAA a must.
Excellent communication, critical thinking and teamwork skills are essential.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service.
